Return Policy

We will honor a 10 days within receiving your purchase for a refund on the product itself. Shipping is non-refundable. Please contact us at randy@chiefcoinandsupply.com for direct questions about returns.

Shipping Methods:

All orders are sent by U.S. mail or UPS and have a 10 day return privilege. Although we process orders in a few days, sometimes it is necessary to allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Postage & Handling within the United States:

• $0.00-$20.00 ($8.00 shipping)
• $20.00-$50.00 ($9.00 shipping)
• $50-$100 ($10.00 shipping)
• $100.00+ ($13.00 shipping)
• Some items will have additional postage added to the standard charges.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for credit card payments. (sorry we do not accept Pay-pal.)

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
